Nfuka is a Lecturer in Computer Science/Information Technology, Director of Consultancy Services and Coordinator at Open University of Tanzania (OUT) . He is the UNESCO chair on Teacher Education and Curriculum, and former Director of the Institute of Educational and Management Technologies at OUT. Prior to his career at OUT, Edephonce served as Deputy Managing Director of the University of Dar Salaam Computing Centre (UCC) . He holds B.Sc. in Automatic Engineering from CUJAE, Cuba; Masters in software engineering from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, Spain; and a PhD in Computer and Systems Sciences, from Stockholm University, Sweden.
