This book tells you about problems with the soil when growing rice. Soils sometimes lack enough of the nutrients that the rice plants need. If this is the case, then fertilisers should be dug into the soil, because fertilisers contain the mineral nutrients that the plants need. This book shows you how to use them.  \nProblems Caused by Poor Soil  \nThe following signs may show a problem with the soil:  \nThe plant is slow to become fully grown and does not open.
