It examines why students choose English or Spanish as their L2, using a questionnaire survey to analyze respondents’ answers and motivations. Results show a clear preference for English, with English responses exceeding Spanish by over 50%. Motivators include students’ contact with English-language media such as music, movies, games, series, and the internet.
