If you cannot collect your results in person, you may nominate someone to collect them on your behalf, but they will need to bring a signed letter from you giving your permission and photographic proof of their identity. Any results not collected will be posted home first class. \nYou will be able to view your results online at 11.00 a. m. on Thursday 20th August 2026 via the Arbor student portal/app by clicking on My Items and selecting My \nExams. Please check prior to results day that you can access your Arbor account. If you have any issues accessing your account, in the first instance click on the Forgotten Password link. If you continue to experience issues, please email [itsupport@eduthing.co.uk](itsupport@eduthing.co.uk) \nIf, having received your results, you think there may be a reasonable case that you were unfairly awarded a lower grade than you expected, the Exam Boards offer an appeals service. If you wish to appeal, your request should be made to myself, the Exams Officer, by Thursday 17th September 2026. You will need to complete a consent form using the QR code attached, to allow the school to make the enquiry on your behalf. Once the form has been submitted and reviewed by the Exams Officer, the payment item (2026 Exam Marking Review) will be opened on Scopay, the school’s online payment system for you to make payment in full. Once the form and the payment have been received, your request will be processed. \nOutlined below are the services and charges provided by the Exam Boards. These processes and costs are per paper/unit. For example, if you wanted to have a review of marking for English Language paper 1 and paper 2, you would need to pay 2 x £44 .85= £89.70. \nClerical Check \nRe-check that all parts of the script have been marked, the totalling of marks, the recording of marks, the application of any adjustments and the application of grade thresholds. \nAQA £9.70 \nEdexcel/Pearson £14.00 \nWJEC/EDUQAS £11.00 \nOCR £12.00 \nReview of Marking \nReview of the original marking to ensure the mark scheme has been applied correctly and clerical check. \nAQA £44.85 \nEdexcel/Pearson £50.00 \nWJEC/EDUQAS £45.00 \nOCR £67.75 \nPlease note, the exam paper is not re-marked. \nI hope that the results will be as expected or better than anticipated. \nYours sincerely \nS Calder (Mrs) Exams Officer \nENQUIRIES AND APPEALS ABOUT RESULTS \nInformation for candidates \nThe following information explains what may happen following an appeal or enquiry about the result of an examination. \nIf your examination centre makes an enquiry about the result of one of your examinations after your subject grade has been issued, there are three possible outcomes: \n􀁸 Your original mark is confirmed as correct, and there is no change to your grade. \n􀁸 Your original mark is raised, so your final grade may be higher than the original grade you received. \n􀁸 Your original mark is lowered, so your final grade may be lower than the original grade you received. \nIn order to proceed with the enquiry or appeal, you must complete the consent form using the QR code below. This informs the Head of Centre that you have understood what the outcome might be, and that you give your consent to the enquiry or appeal being made. \nPlease note due to data protection, parents of candidates cannot complete this form on their behalf and cannot receive the result. This needs to be completed by the candidate. \nIf you have any queries regarding the process please contact Mrs Calder, Exams \nOfficer at Reigate School via email [to](to exams@reigate-school.surrey.sch.uk)[ ](to exams@reigate-school.surrey.sch.uk)[exams@reigate-school.surrey.sch.uk](to exams@reigate-school.surrey.sch.uk) \nOnce your form has been received and it has been checked, a “2026 Exam Marking Review”payment item wil","cbCaitNKC5rvghoF","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaitNKC5rvghoF","pdf",648515,"English","# Results day collection and online access\n## In-person collection and nominated collector\n## Online viewing via Arbor\n# Enquiries and appeals about results\n## Consent form, QR code, and Scopay payment\n## Possible enquiry outcomes\n# Exam board services and charges\n## Clerical check\n## Review of marking","[{\"question\":\"How can candidates collect or view GCSE results on 20 August 2026?\",\"answer\":\"Candidates may collect results in person at the school between 10.00am and 11.30am on Thursday 20 August 2026, or view them online at 11.00am via the Arbor student portal/app by going to My Items and selecting My Exams.
