ARSENA, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, ASTHE ALTERNATE SIGNATORY OFFICER ON THE MASON COUNTY TREASURER DEPOSITORY ACCOUNT HELD AT COLUMBIA BANK.  \nWHEREAS, the Mason Transit Authority (“MTA”) Board recognizes the need to designate and authorize certain staff to sign checks and warrants; and  \nWHEREAS, the Executive Assistant by Resolution 2017-06 has been the alternate signatory officer in the absence of the General Manager; and  \nWHEREAS, Sabrina D. Arsena, as MTA’s new Executive Assistant, would be the appropriate staff member to be the alternate signatory officer in the absence of the General Manager.  \nNOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MASON TRANSIT AUTHORITY BOARD that Resolution No. 2017-06 previously designating Tracy Bechtas the alternate signatory officer, be rescinded; and  \nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Sabrina D.
