They also welcomed that the operation will benefit from an additional $21.7 million in concessional contribution on a non-reimbursable (grant) basis from the Global Concessional Financing Facility (GCFF) .  \nDirectors supported the Project for its representativeness and clear alignment with the Country Partnership Framework and the Green, Resilient, and Inclusive Development (GRID) Approach.
