It also sets out requirements for entering the halls, providing documentation, handling relocation, and managing valuable assets under security and administrative control.","APPROVED by  \nRector of Westminster International University in Tashkent_K.Karimov  \n08  \n2018.  \n_  \n# Residential Rules 2018\n\nWIUT Halls of Residence  \nThese Residential Rules form a part of the Westminster International University In TashkentAccommodation Room Offer.These rules apply to Yangi Zamon and Turk Kurgan Halls ofResidence.By accepting the Offer,you agree to abide by these rules.  \nThese rules regulate the relationship between the staff of the halls and the residents,arisingfrom the acceptance of the offer on accommodation provision by Westminster InternationalUniversity in Tashkent.The main purpose of these rules is to ensure the maximum comfortand safety of the residents of the halls as well as the conscientious execution of theirresponsibilities of the staff of the residence hall.  \n## 1.Terms and concepts\n\n1.1.University-Westminster International University in Tashkent(WIUT)located at:12Istikbol Street,Tashkent,Uzbekistan.  \n1.2.Residence Hall-Housing property of the University includes buildings.courtyards andthe surrounding areas which are located at the addresses:(Residence Hall No.1)Yangi-Zamon street,house 1A.Toshkent city;and(Residence Hall No.2)St.Turkkurgon,9(Residence Hall No.2).  \n1.3.Management -the administration of the University represented by the Rector andDeputy Rectors:  \n1.4.Residence Hall administration-members of residence hallstaff authorized to  \nadminister responsibilities with regards to the relevant Residence Hall,including registrationof residents,management attendant mentors and technical service,control over the executionof fire safety and sanitary regulations,as wellas to exercise other powers in the establishedby the management order.  \n1.5.The Head of the Residence Hall-the official head of the administration of the residencehall,responsible for the proper functioning of the facility.  \n1.6.Attendant mentor-employee of the residence hall who is responsible for observing thecompliance with the residential rules on the territory of the facility.  \n1.7.The residence hall doctor-a member of the residence hall staff who provides medicalservice to the residents and staff of the residence hall.  \n1.8.Registration officer —a member of the University staff who ensures timelyregistration of residents at the place of temporary residence.  \n1.9.Housekeeper-member of residence hall staff responsible for the maintenance of thefacilities in clean and sanitary conditions.as well as for providing the residents and staff ofthe hall with necessary supplies.  \n1.10.Security Service-Security Service of the University ensuring the safety conditions inthe residence hall;  \n1.11.Technical and economic services-employees of the residence hallwho providefunctioning of technical and communal systems of the residence hall.as well as cleaning incommon areas and the residence hall.  \n1.12.Residence hallstaff-residence hall staff includes administration,the residence hallattendant mentor.security officers and employees of the technical services.  \n1.13.Residents-University students,teachers,as well as other persons who are eligible to beoffered accommodation at the residence hall.  \n1.14.Visitor—a person (including parents,friends-students of University,etc.)who isinvited by the resident to the residence hall and admitted by the Security Service.  \n1.15.Social zone -areas of the residence hall that include the first floor of residence hall.guest room.TV room and \"Ma'naviyat va Marifat\"room.  \n1.16.24 hours hotline telephone number for residence hall enquiries:  \nResidence Hall No1(YZ Hall)(71)291-91-61  \nResidence Hall No2(TK Hall)(71)226-58-21  \n## 2.General rules\n\n2.1.The requirements of these rules are mandatory for all residents.administration of theresidence hall.attendant mentors.employees of the Security Service.and employees oftechnical and economic services.persons who are involved in the repair and constructionworks.as well as civil servants.  \n2.2.Rooms are allocated by the Head of the Residence Hall","cbCaitZzpAooDbrZ","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaitZzpAooDbrZ","pdf",306413,1,7,"English","en",105,"# Residential Rules 2018\n## WIUT Halls of Residence\n## 1.
