They acknowledged that the CPF reflects the strategic shift of a differentiated approach aligned with the refreshed World Bank Group FCV strategy. They also acknowledged the CPF’s response to the intertwined drivers of fragility, conflict and violence while laying the foundations for recovery and delivering as One WBG on the jobs agenda.  \nDirectors appreciated the design of the CPF, considering it resilient, realistic, selective, and anchored in the country’s urgent development needs, focusing on protecting human capital, sustaining livelihoods, and preserving institutions for eventual recovery. While recognizing the operational constraints in some areas, Directors underscored the importance of mobilizing private capital, tapping into the Yemeni diaspora and maintaining the commitment to the whole country. Directors also expressed strong support to the focus on gender equality and recognizing the gaps, be ambitious in accelerating implementation including on female labor force participation.  \nDirectors urged Management to remain flexible and adaptive as access, resources, availability and private sector appetite evolves. Directors encouraged Management to pursue a gradual and differentiated approach to localization, while ensuring realism in expectations with clear risk monitoring for capacity transfer and assessment of financial resilience and fiduciary risks. They also stressed on a credible pathway to increased direct implementation by the government or eligible institutions when the Project Development Objectivesand capacity of assessment fall in line with relevant Bank policies and appropriate waivers, including relevant provisions of OP 7.30.  \nFinally, Directors emphasized on robust coordination with international and local partners and also
