Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs as directed the Board Certified Behavior Analyst. A Behavioral Technician is the primary person clients contact every day and will need to be able to read, understand and implement effectively an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) . They must also be able to quickly build rapport and maintain client dignity.
