Provides hands on instruction on behavioral concepts. \nAdditional Catalog Notes \nStudents need to show proof of immunity to Measles. This is done by either providing documentation of 2 MMR vaccinations, or a positive titer for Measles. Documentation for Tdap for Pertussis immunization must be after the age of 11. Flu shot is mandatory and to be given within one year of the last day of the semester, but a person can write a declination and put it on file. Only a physician can decline for Measles and Tdap. Students must also show proof of TB clearance. If you have ever received a positive result, you must submit a clear chest x-ray within 5 years with a yearly reevaluation. Students are responsible for any costs associated with the immunizations and TB tests. The Student Health Center on campus offers immunizations and titers. Prepares students for the competency assessment required of all RBT credential applicants. \nTaxonomy of Programs (TOP) Code (CB03) \n1305.00- *Child Development/Early Care and Education \nCourse Credit Status (CB04) \nD (Credit-Degree Applicable) \nCourse Transfer Status (CB05) (select one only) \nC ( Not transferable) \nCourse Basic Skills Status (CB08) \nN-The Course is Not a Basic Skills Course \nSAM Priority Code (CB09) \nD-Possibly Occupational \n2 RBTM01L: Registered Behavior Technician: Clinical Applications \nCourse Cooperative Work Experience Education Status (CB10) \nN- Is Not Part of a Cooperative Work Experience Education Program \nCourse Classification Status (CB11) \nY-Credit Course \nEducational Assistance Class Instruction (Approved Special Class) (CB13) \nN-The Course is Not an Approved Special Class \nCourse Prior to Transfer Level (CB21) \nY-Not Applicable \nCourse Noncredit Category (CB22) \nY-Credit Course \nFunding Agency Category (CB23) \nY-Not Applicable ( Funding Not Used) \nCourse Program Status (CB24) \n1-Program Applicable \nGeneral Education Status (CB25) \nY-Not Applicable \nSupport Course Status (CB26) \nN-Course is not a support course \nField trips \nWill not be required \nGrading method \n(L) Letter Graded \nAlternate grading methods \n(O) Student Option- Letter/Pass ( P) Pass/No Pass Grading \nDoes this course require an instructional materials fee? \nNo \nRepeatable for Credit \nNo \nIs this course part of a family? \nNo \nUnits and Hours Carnegie Unit Override \nNo \nIn-Class \nLecture \nActivity Laboratory \nMinimum Contact/In-Class Laboratory Hours \n13 \nRBTM01L: Registered Behavior Technician: Clinical Applications 3 \nMaximum Contact/In-Class Laboratory Hours \n13 \nTotal in-Class \nTotal in-Class \nTotal Minimum Contact/In-Class Hours \n13 \nTotal Maximum Contact/In-Class Hours \n13 \nOutside-of-Class \nInternship/Cooperative Work Experience Paid \nUnpaid \nTotal Outside-of-Class \nTotal Outside-of-Class Total Student Learning \nTotal Student Learning \nTotal Minimum Student Learning Hours \n13 \nTotal Maximum Student Learning Hours \n13 \nMinimum Units (CB07) \n.25 \nMaximum Units (CB06) \n.25 \nAdvisories on Recommended Preparation \nRBT M01 \nRequisite Justification Requisite Type \nRecommended Preparation \nRequisite \nRBT M01 \nRequisite Description \nCourse in a sequence \nLevel of Scrutin","cbCaiu5lrWtHcEQp","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiu5lrWtHcEQp","pdf",79225,"English","# Catalog Course Description\n## Clinical Notes and Immunization Requirements\n## Learning Outcomes and Course Objectives\n## Course Content (Lecture/Laboratory)","[{\"question\":\"What is the main purpose of RBT M01L: Registered Behavior Technician: Clinical Applications?\",\"answer\":\"To provide hands-on instruction on behavioral concepts and fundamental RBT skills under supervision, while preparing students for the RBT competency assessment required for credential applicants.\"},{\"question\":\"What immunization and health clearance requirements are included in the course notes?\",\"answer\":\"Students must show proof of immunity to measles (MMR documentation or positive titer), provide Tdap documentation after age 11, have a mandatory flu shot unless declined with proper documentation, and submit proof of TB clearance with additional chest x-ray requirements if prior positive results exist.\"},{\"question\":\"What are the key competency areas covered in the laboratory/activity content?\",\"answer\":\"The content includes measurement procedures, professional conduct and scope of practice, documentation and reporting, behavior reduction (including antecedent modification, differential reinforcement, extinction, and crisis/emergency procedures), and skill acquisition methods such as discrete-trial and naturalistic teaching.\"}]","RBT M01L - Registered Behavior Technician: Clinical Applications | PDF",1789925015,25]
