Checks issued to a location outside of Onondaga County will not qualify.  \nQualified Non-Labor  \n-Proof that the item was purchased in Onondaga County (except online purchases, which must be shipped to Onondaga County) .  \n-Shipping costs do NOT qualify under online orders and must be excluded from the QTE.  \n-Proof of payment by way of receipt with card transaction or check. Invoices do not qualify.  \n-Receipt total must match the QTE or they will be disqualified.  \nDELIVERABLE ORGANIZATION  \nREQUIRED FOLDERS  \nAll Film Productions are required to turn in the following folders and documentation. When turning in documents please organize your folders as displayed on the right.  \nBUDGET  \nA complete and total budget for the film production must be located within the folder.  \nCALL SHEETS  \nCall Sheets for every day on set must be included.
