It details the interaction between LUL infrastructure and CAPCO structures, emphasizing the requirement for independence between the two. The technical drawings provide specifications for cut-and-cover tunnels and apron structures, incorporating a 200mm ownership zone. It includes critical notes on existing structure assumptions, ownership boundaries, and the necessity for LUL approval for any modifications or new construction within the defined LUL air space. The document serves as an engineering reference for structural integrity and compliance during project development, referencing historical drawing data and establishing procedural frameworks for future site works.",{"@graph":69,"@context":114},[70,84,105],{"@type":71,"itemListElement":72},"BreadcrumbList",[73,77,79,82],{"item":74,"name":75,"@type":76,"position":8},"https://docshare.wps.com","Home","ListItem",{"item":78,"name":9,"@type":76,"position":14},"https://docshare.wps.com/document/",{"item":80,"name":40,"@type":76,"position":81},"https://docshare.wps.com/document/research-report/",3,{"item":83,"name":65,"@type":76,"position":19},"https://docshare.wps.com/document/project-earls-court-lul-clearances-and-land-ownership-design-principles/648291/",{"url":83,"name":65,"@type":85,"image":86,"author":91,"headline":65,"publisher":94,"fileFormat":97,"inLanguage":63,"description":67,"dateModified":98,"datePublished":99,"encodingFormat":97,"isAccessibleForFree":100,"interactionStatistic":101},"DigitalDocument",{"url":87,"@type":88,"width":89,"height":90},"https://docshare.wps.com/thumbnails/project-earls-court-lul-clearances-and-land-ownership-design-principles/648291.png","ImageObject",300,407,{"name":92,"@type":93},"Terk","Person",{"url":74,"name":95,"@type":96},"DocShare","Organization","application/pdf","2026-10-30","2026-10-23",true,{"@type":102,"interactionType":103,"userInteractionCount":14},"InteractionCounter",{"@type":104},"ViewAction",{"@type":106,"mainEntity":107},"FAQPage",[108],{"name":109,"@type":110,"acceptedAnswer":111},"How is the structural integrity of existing tunnels being managed?","Question",{"text":112,"@type":113},"The existing structure thickness is currently based on historical drawings, with plans to establish greater certainty following the demolition of EC1, which may lead to adjustments in the defined clearance lines.","Answer","https://schema.org",{"og:url":83,"og:type":116,"og:title":65,"og:site_name":95,"og:description":67},"article",{"robots":118,"canonical":83},"index,follow",{"doc_id":120,"site_id":62},648291,1792792988,{"code":4,"msg":5,"data":123},{"doc_id":120,"user_id":124,"nickname":92,"user_avatar":125,"doc_module":4,"category_id":39,"category_name":40,"doc_title":65,"doc_description":67,"doc_content":126,"file_id":127,"file_url":128,"file_type":129,"file_size":130,"view_count":14,"is_deleted":4,"is_public":8,"is_downloadable":8,"audit_status":8,"page_count":8,"language":131,"language_code":63,"site_id":62,"html_lang":63,"table_of_contents":132,"faqs":133,"seo_title":134,"seo_description":67,"update_tm":121,"read_time":81},1099525198933,"https://ap-avatar.wpscdn.com/davatar_155a257f0dc6eb9ab79c44ca47cae57d","| A1 | A | B | C | D | E | F | G | H | I | J | K | L | M | N | O | P |\n| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |\n\n1 \n\n| 2 |\n| --- |\n| 3 |\n| 4 |\n| 5 |\n| 6 |\n\nDetail 1: District Line Cut & Cover Tunnels Detail 2 : Apron Structure \nIndicative loadbearing structure \n200mm LUL Owners ip Zone \nLondon Underground Ltd structure. \nJoints to ensure LUL and CAPCO structure are independent. \nWhere this is currently not the case proposals made for achieving this at first replacement. \nRef to drawings: \nARUP-ST-LAI-009, 010, 011, 012 & 021 \n10 \nNotes: \n1.
