Following an evaluation of ongoing and anticipated future requirements, ECMWF has elected to continue operating under this model until the end of licensing for Atlassian “Data Center”products in 2028.  \nBeyond 2028, ECMWF will consider its options for migration to the Atlassian Cloud platform or an alternative.  \n2 SCOPE OF REQUIREMENTS  \n2.1 Objective  \nECMWF seeks to establish a multi-year contract for the supply of Atlassian on-premises licensing.  \nECMWF intends to award a contract for a period of 24 months starting on 1st January 2027, with an optional extension of three months.  \nTenderers may use different product codes if it achieves a better price, so long as they include the requested products. For example if there is a combined Data Center and Cloud SKU which offers lower price or more features for the same price, it can be used in place of a Data Centre only SKU.  \n2.2 Atlassian “Data Center” Licenses  \nThe on-premises “Data Centre” licenses will be invoiced annually for two (2) years.  \nTenderers may use different product codes if it achieves a better price, so long as they include the requested products.
