You might decide to see a copy of your exam paper, ask for a review of marking, or resit the exam. \nPost-results services process flow charts on pages 2 and 3: \nA-level summer 2025: Post-results services \nGCSE summer 2025: Post-results services \n[aqa.org.uk](aqa.org.uk) \nCopyright © 2025 AQA and its licensors. Registered address: AQA, Devas Street, Manchester M15 6EX. \nJuly 2025 Version 1.8 G02492 \nAccess to scripts \nRequest access to scripts (marked papers) on Centre Services to decide on reviews of marking and to support your teaching and learning. \nAccess to scripts (marked papers) services are free for a priority copy of marked paper and our standard copy of marked paper services. \nWe’ll email Exams Officers when the marked paper is available on Centre Services. \nMarked papers will show the learner’s written answers and the examiner’s comments and marks. \nDeadlines for access to scripts (marked papers) requests: \n• 28 August 2025 – priority copy of marked paper (AS, A-level, AQA Certificate Level 3, Applied General qualifications) \n• 4 September 2025 – priority copy of marked paper (GCSE) \n• 31 October 2025 – standard copy of marked paper for teaching and learning purposes \nTip: if a university or college place is pending, go straight to priority review of marking. \nReview of marking \nIf you’re concerned that the examiner has made a mistake marking your learner’s script, you can consider requesting a review of marking. If a review of marking leads to an overall subject grade change, we will not charge for it. \nRemember, there is no grade protection for reviews of marking. This means that learners’ marks and subject grades may be lowered, confirmed, or raised as a result. You must seek each learner’s consent before submitting a request. \nDeadlines for review of marking requests: \n• 21 August 2025 – priority review of marking (AS, A-level, AQA Certificate Level 3, Applied General qualifications) \n• 25 September 2025 – review of marking (standard service) (for all qualifications) . \nData Insights \nThis year, we have replaced our Enhanced Results Analysis (ERA) platform, with our new and improved platform – Data Insights. \nJust like ERA, Data Insights will allow you to dig deeper into your results and see how your school, subject, class and individual learners have performed. \nYou can download results into a spreadsheet and review graphs for teaching and learning purposes and use these in your school SLT reports. \nFind out more: [aqa.org.uk/data-insights](aqa.org.uk/data-insights) \nMissing results \nExams Officers can email us to query any missing or incomplete results: \n• No Result (X)– learner was absent for all parts of the exam \n• Pending (Q)– no result has been issued as the marks for one or more components of the exam are not available. \nWe’ll investigate this as quickly as possible, and let you know the outcome. We’ll update Centre Services within 24 hours and tell UCAS if necessary. \nTip: please tell us if there are any missing A-level results-we’ll always prioritise results where a university or college place depends on the outcome. \nReview of moderation \nIf your school or college’s internally assessed nonexam assessment (NEA) mark was adjusted during moderation, you can request a review of moderation on Centre Services to check the assessment criteria was applied fairly, reliably and consistently to the national standard. \n• A review of moderation is only available for the full cohort in a subject.
