Agenda items cover apologies, urgent business, declarations of interest, deputations and petitions, confirmation of minutes, appeal and delegated decisions, performance statistics, planning applications, specific land and development proposals with recommendations, and arrangements for new urgent business and potential site visits.","NOTICE OF MEETING  \nPlanning Committee  \nMONDAY, 11TH JUNE, 2007 at 19:00 HRS-CIVIC CENTRE, HIGH ROAD, WOOD GREEN, N22 8LE.  \nMEMBERS: Councillors Peacock (Chair), Bevan, Beacham, Dodds (Deputy Chair), Hare, Patel, Weber, Adamou and Alexander  \nPlease note: this meeting may be filmed for live or subsequent broadcast via the Council's  \ninternet site-at the start of the meeting the Chair will confirm if all or part of the meeting is  \nbeing filmed. The images and sound recording may be used for training purposes within  \nthe Council.  \nGenerally the public seating areas are not filmed. However by entering the meeting room  \nand using the public seating area, you are consenting to being filmed and to the possible  \nuse of those images and sound recordings for web casting and/or training purposes.  \nIf you have any queries regarding this, please contact the Principal Committee Coordinator  \n(Committee Clerk) at the meeting.  \nAGENDA  \n1. APOLOGIES  \n2. URGENT BUSINESS  \nThe Chair will consider the admission of any late items of urgent business.  \nLate items will be considered under the agenda item where they appear. PERFORMANCE STATISTICS (PAGES 43-54)  \nPerformance Statistics for Building Control, Development Control and Planning Enforcement Action.  \n9. PLANNING APPLICATIONS (PAGES 55-56)  \nIn accordance with Sub Committee's protocol for hearing representations; when the recommendation is to grant planning permission, two objectors may be given up to 6 minutes (divided between them) to make representations. Where the recommendation is to refuse planning permission, normally no speakers will be heard. For items considered previously by the sub committee and deferred, where the recommendation is to grant permission, one objector may be given up to 3 minutes to make representations.
