After sending the preview file,[Client] is entitled to no more than 1 Revision under the terms of this agreement. If additional revisions are requested,[Client] will be responsible for additional fees on a time-and-materials basis to Yohei Koinuma.  \nEdited Images by Yohei Koinuma may include: Color Grading, Color Balance and Cross Processing, Color Blending, HDR Processing, Boosting Tonality, & Basic Photo Manipulation.  \nAdditionally, Adjustments (contrasts, highlights, shadows, density), Sharpening, Noise Reduction, Boosting or toning down saturation and Color Correcting can be part of Yohei Koinuma’s Photo Editing, upon Client request.  \nEditing does not include Photo Retouching, Skin Retouching, Hair retouching, Wrinkle Removing, Dust Cleaning & Cropping. This will be an additional fee, if [Client] requests this service.  \nYohei Koinuma does not accept liability for editing images that are technically sub-par to the required standard. Minimum photo resolution must be 2000 x 2000 pixels. Yohei Koinuma is not responsible or liable for blurry, unstable or out of focus photos.  \nYohei Koinuma   (can or cannot) use the materials produced during this photo editing as part of his editing portfolio. Yohei Koinuma will always give the photographer credit for photography.  \nThis photo editing contract cannot be cancelled unless both parties approve cancellation in writing.
