They underscored the need to improve indicators of socioeconomic development, particularly for indigenous populations and vulnerable groups, in addition to addressing gender inequality and gender-based violence.  \nAs Directors drew attention to the volatile political situation in the country, they highlighted the need to further strengthen governance and accountability and ensure political commitment and consensus on envisaged reforms during the implementation of this CPF. They also stressed the importance of communicating on WBG efforts aimed at reducing corruption in the country.  \nDirectors welcomed that the Country Climate and Development Report has informed the CPF on how to build resilience against climate challenges, including natural disasters. Directors emphasized the need for further efforts to promote sector-specific opportunities for high-value added exports, to integrate into global value chains, and to diversify the economy. They encouraged further interventions to support the country’s efforts in enhancing Domestic Resource Mobilization.  \nDirectors welcomed the one WBG approach in mobilizing sustainable private capital including through the wider engagement of IFC and MIGA and encouraged greater focus on Private Capital Mobilization. They encouraged the WBG to support the strengthening of state capacity to improve the implementation of the growing investment portfolio.
