Read them carefully, even if you’re a tournament veteran, as there are a number of differences to regular tournament events. \nWelcome to our 10th Annual Perth GT – Masters 2024. \nThis is the event that started it all for Objective secured and marks the 10th anniversary for our events. Its been an amazing journey and we are proud and excited to have made it this far! \nVenue \nThe event is being held on Saturday and Sunday the 23 & 24 November at the Kelmscott Hall, 60 River Road, Kelmscott (see end of this pack for map) . \nTournament Structure \nYou will participate in a series of games, each against a different opponent. All games are to be played using the Warhammer 40,000 10th edition matched play rules. You will have no more than Three hours per game. Pairings for round 1 will be random while rounds 2 through 6 will be paired using the recommended GT process. \nOnce you have finished your game, you must fill in the scorecard in Best Coast Pairings. \nAbout this Rules Pack \nThis pack contains the full tournament rules for this event. All of the rules conventions and references are from UK publications. All competitors should be aware that where any rules interpretation is required, the Referee’s decision will be final. If you have any questions about the event, then either [e-mail: ](e-mail: obsec@optusnet.com.au or)[ obsec@optusnet.com.au](e-mail: obsec@optusnet.com.au or)[ or](e-mail: obsec@optusnet.com.au or) post your questions on the event facebook page and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible. Please also get in touch with us after the event and tell us what you thought! \nEmergency Info \nIf for some reason you experience last minute complications (such as falling ill or missing a bus) that will result in you being late or unable to come, please call the organizers as soon as you are able. We will do our best to accommodate you but be aware that due to the tight schedule we are running it may not always be possible. \nEMERGENCY CONTACT: 0403 268 714 \nSpectators and Visitors \nThe event will be open for any spectators to come along and check the event. The day can be tough going however, so we will be respecting this and doing our best to ensure that there are no interruptions for the players from the general public. \nSpectators (including players watching other games) must not touch anything on a table where a game is in progress and are not to distract or offer any advice or rules commentary at all. This includes helping to settle disputes. They must also keep a respectful distance from the table edge to allow the players room to move around. Anyone failing to follow these guidelines will receive a warning, and then will be asked to leave the room if they fail to comply. \nMobile Phones \nPausing during gameplay to answer a call or an SMS can be annoying for your opponent. We request that all mobile phones be put on silent whilst games are in progress where possible. \nThe Bye \nWhile unlikely, in the event of a Bye round, this will be allocated to the player with the lowest Generalship points (randomly in game 1) . They will automatically receive a 70-0 win for this round. No player will be asked to have more than 1 Bye Round. \nWhat to Bring? \nRemember to bring any gaming material you require to play Warhammer 40,000 including: \n• Your army! We recommend your army be at least battle ready as described at the end of this pack to maximise your score though this is not required to attend and play. \n• This Player Guide \n• Rulebooks, codex, datasheets as needed and any relevant FAQ documents – hard copy or digital is permitted (Note that Battlescribe or similar army builders is not a substitute for an official rule book and players are expected to carry the required rules for the","cbCaijlUDM44xe83","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaijlUDM44xe83","pdf",491837,14,"English","# Venue\n# Tournament Structure\n# About this Rules Pack\n# Emergency Info\n# Spectators and Visitors\n# Mobile Phones\n# The Bye\n# What to Bring?\n# Saturday Sunday Schedule\n# Army Roster","[{\"question\":\"What are the event dates and venue for Perth GT – Masters 2024?\",\"answer\":\"The event runs on Saturday and Sunday, 23 \\u0026 24 November, at Kelmscott Hall, 60 River Road, Kelmscott.\"},{\"question\":\"How are pairings and game length handled in the tournament?\",\"answer\":\"Round 1 pairings are random, while Rounds 2 through 6 use the recommended GT process.
