Operations with negotiation invitations sent from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 use these updated thresholds.","Public Disclosure Authorized Public Disclosure Authorized  \nMay 26, 2022  \nPer Capita Income Guidelines for Operational Purposes  \nThe per capita Gross National Income (GNI) guidelines covering the Civil Works Preference, IDA Eligibility, IBRD Terms, and the initiation of IBRD graduation process are updated every year, based on the annual rate of change of the SDR deflator [see President’s Memorandum to the Executive Directors dated September 27, 1983 (SecM83- 924)].
