The package uses per capita GNI estimates prepared for 2020, identifies country category movements, and specifies how updated guidelines will be used for negotiations issued from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.","Public Disclosure Authorized Public Disclosure Authorized  \nJune 4, 2021  \nPer Capita Income Guidelines for Operational Purposes  \nThe per capita Gross National Income (GNI) guidelines covering the Civil Works Preference, IDA Eligibility, IBRD Terms and the initiation of IBRD graduation process are updated every year, based on the annual rate of change of the SDR-deflator [see President’s Memorandum to the Executive Directors dated September 27, 1983 (SecM83- 924)].
