The manual outlines how the mission translates into real program benefits such as camperships, family camp access, and essential medical supplies. It provides practical steps for reaching fundraising goals: joining the fundraiser platform, building a supporter network, running email outreach, requesting gifts and sponsorships, and hosting events. It also includes donor-engagement tips and rules for photos and fundraising pages.","The Painted Turtle began as a dream in 1999 when Paul Newman and Page Adler, along with a group of dedicated individuals, co-founded The Painted Turtle to let kids with medical conditions just be kids.
