It is normal practice to invoice employers for the complete course at the end of the formal (theory) training session.  \nAny fees paid in advance will be placed into an account on trust and are available for refund in accordance with our Fees and Refund procedure.  \nIf courses are not paid for in full, competency paperwork will be withheld until such time as all outstanding fees have been paid (in accordance with Standard 3.3 National Standards for RTO’s 2015) .  \nThe Driving School reserve the right to charge a small administration fee of up to $50 in the following circumstances:-  \n􀁸 Re-issuance of a certificate if students loses their paperwork  \n􀁸 Re-issuance of a Training Records book, if student loses their records.  \nPAYMENT METHODS  \nWe accept payment by direct bank transfer, cash, cheque, MasterCard and Visa (no Amex or Diners) .  \nPAYMENT TERMS FOR EMPLOYERS PURCHASE ORDERS  \nOur payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date  \nCANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY  \nWe understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise whereby a trainee may want to re-schedule or cancel a course and we will try our best to accommodate these needs.  \nHowever, please understand that class sizes are limited and we incur substantial cost to prepare and host scheduled courses therefore we must enforce the following refund policy.  \nCOURSE CANCELLATIONS BY US AS THE RTO  \nShould The Driving School cancel a training course for any reason i.e. poor enrolment numbers, weather, trainer illness, vehicle breakdown, students are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid or the transfer of funds to a future course.  \nINDIVIDUAL STUDENT REFUNDS  \nQld MC Courses  \n􀁸 Bookings must be cancelled at least 2 full working days prior to the initial commencement of a course for a full refund of any fees paid (less the cost of the initial assessment lesson , if already undertaken) .  \n􀁸 No refund or credit given to anyone who has paid a deposit, if the student is a no show on the day of the course, after the student confirmed that they would be there when the pre-course telephone reminders were made.  \n􀁸 The total deposit will be forfeited.  \n􀁸 Once you have commenced your training course, we require 24 hours prior notice for the cancellation of any practical training days.  \n􀁸 Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of $300, unless we are able to allocate your training time to another student.
