The ECA Library, supported by ECA-USP, intends to develop and coordinate initiatives that expand free access to information in Communications and Arts, while also contributing to the advancement of library practices within the Wiki ecosystem. The Wiki Movement Brazil association, an experienced group in GLAM Projects, will provide the necessary technical support for the project's activities. This partnership was signed in São Paulo on June 29th, 2020, with signatures from Eduardo Henrique Soares Monteiro (Director of ECA-USP), Cecília Moraes Silva (Chief Technician of the Library and Archives & Museums) Project is focused on the improvement of the covering of the content in the Wikimedia projects, from arts, culture and education related themes in partnership with educational or cultural institutions.  \nThe Escola de Comunicações e Artes of the Universidade de São Paulo (ECA-USP), the ECA Library located at ECA-USP and the Wiki Movement Brazil (WMB) commemorate in this document a partnership in building the ECA-USP Library GLAM-Wiki Project.  \nAs a member of the GLAM Projects in the lusophone Wikipedia, ECA Library, with the institutional support of ECA-USP, has the intention to develop and coordinate actions that contribute for the broadening of the free access to information in Communications and Arts, and furthermore be active in surplus activities related
