(Optional) Take a piece of white paper and cut it into the desired shape and size, e.g. create a 8.5-inch square.  \n2. Fold it in half.  \n3. Draw evenly spaced lines (1 inch apart), starting from the folded edge and ending about 1 inch from the opposite edge.  \n4. Cut along the lines. Make sure to leave the last inch uncut.  \n1  \n5.
