The fourth progress report provided details on actions related to the review. It also recorded the completion of the Social Vulnerability Assessment and actions related to communication with civil society and the business community, and the implementation progress of the restructured Project to date.  \nThis was the last Progress Report that Management submitted concerning implementation of the actions of the Management Action Plan.
