It explains how trusted agents control access for reporting data, how roles differ for detail versus summary viewing, and how test accommodations coordinator responsibilities relate to trusted agents. It also covers creating Success accounts and handling password reset issues.","Online Reporting and TAA \nSetting Up for Success [at Success. act.org](at Success. act.org) \nPROGRAM: STATE, DISTRICT | PRODUCT: THE ACT | AUDIENCE: TESTING STAFF \nSuccess portal: This resource provides information and instructions for school and district users to create accounts in the ACT portal Success ([success.act.org](success.act.org)) to view ACT® test reports in the online reporting portal and submit/manage requests for accommodations in the Test Accessibility and Accommodations (TAA) system. \n[Success.act.org](Success.act.org) \n[Success.act.org](Success.act.org) is a central location utilized by ACT customers for many services and platforms including: \n􀁺 Online reporting: To view your school’s data, trends, and scores. \n􀁺 TAA: For test accommodation coordinators (TACs) to request a student’s accommodations, or English learner (EL) supports, and to receive Decision Notifications. \nYou don’t need multiple passwords for accessing a variety of ACT services and platforms. By logging in [to success.act.org](to success.act.org), you have single sign-on access to the services and platforms that you have been authorized to access. \n[Testadmin.act.org](Testadmin.act.org) and [Success.act.org](Success.act.org) \n[Testadmin.act.org](Testadmin.act.org) (also known as PearsonAccessnext) provides access to the test administration system where schools select test dates, verify enrollment counts, manage contacts, create users, and access the Accommodations and Supports roster, among other tasks. It has not been migrated to [success.act.org](success.act.org) but is linked on the main page for your convenience. \nAccess to Online Reporting and TAA \nTrusted Agents and Access \nTrusted agents assume the responsibility of managing access to reporting data for their district or school in online reporting and receiving and approving TAA access requests. \nWho is the trusted agent for my organization? \nTrusted agent access will be automatically given to district test coordinators (DTCs) who are provided in the organization file submitted to PearsonAccessnext. Trusted agents can grant or revoke access to other users in the organization based on access needs. \nOther roles for online reporting that don’t need user management functionality include detailed viewer, which includes reports with student personally identifiable information (PII) and aggregate reports, as well as summary viewer, which would not include student PII, only aggregate reports. See the Online Reporting section below. \nIs the trusted agent also a test accommodations coordinator? \nYes. All trusted agents are also test \naccommodations coordinators. However, test \naccommodations coordinator is a separate role that can be granted to those that work with student accommodations that are not trusted agents. \nWhat if I don’t know who my trusted agent is, or my school doesn’t have one? \nTrusted agents are commonly at the highest level of your local hierarchy and are typically, district test coordinators, superintendents, or heads of school. All established trusted agents to the organization you are requesting will receive an email notification when you make your request. \nUsers can request for an access code to be sent to their superintendent through [https://success.act.org/s/contactsupport](https://success.act.org/s/contactsupport). Please provide the full name and email of the person currently in that position in your request. \nSuccess Accounts \nHow do I create a Success account? \n1. If you don’t already have a Success account, [go to](go to success.act.org)[ ](go to success.act.org)[success.act.org](go to success.act.org) and select Create an Account. \n2. Complete the requested information and select Send Verification Email. You will receive a confirmation email once your access has been approved. \nNote: If you’re the test coordinator at the district level for state testing, create your Success account using your email address that appears in Manage Contact","cbCaik3WM8CTMnWK","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaik3WM8CTMnWK","pdf",186657,"English","en",105,"# Program Overview\n## Access Platforms and Key Users\n# Trusted Agents and Access Requests\n## Trusted Agent Definition and Scope\n## Roles: Detail Viewer, Summary Viewer, Test Accommodations Coordinator\n# Success Accounts\n## Create a Success Account\n## Password Reset Troubleshooting\n# Online Reporting\n## Trusted Agents and Role Assignment\n## What Roles Enable","[{\"question\":\"What is the ACT Success portal used for in online reporting and TAA?\",\"answer\":\"It provides information and instructions for school and district users to create accounts, view ACT test reports in the online reporting portal, and submit/manage accommodation requests in the TAA system.\"},{\"question\":\"Who can receive trusted agent access, and what can trusted agents do?\",\"answer\":\"Trusted agent access is automatically given to district test coordinators provided in the organization file submitted to PearsonAccessnext.
