Users can select Supplemental Files under File Type to request a zipped folder containing supplemental reports and data files. Supplemental files encompass graduating class and contract-based student and/or organization files.  \nWhy is this changing?  \nThis enhancement is being added to provide users with supplemental reports and data files that complement the information available in Online Reporting. By offering these additional PDF and CSV files in a single zipped folder, users gain broader access to data and reporting resources to support their program needs.  \nWhen is the change taking place?  \nSupplemental Files will be added to Online Reporting as of August 2025.  \nHow to access the Supplemental Files option  \n1. Under the Download Hub tab, select Request File to start the process of requesting a file.  \n2. Select the File Type-Supplemental Files, File Format (ZIP), and Year for the requested file.  \n3. Use the Organization menu to choose state, district, or school organizations, depending on the user’s level of access. Use the search bar to search for an organization.  \n4. Once an organization has been chosen, select the Make Request button.  \n5. A request confirmation pop-up will display, showing the request details. Select Confirm.  \nNote: The return of your requested files will be determined by the size of the file. It could take up to 48 hours.  \nNote: Supplemental files encompass graduating class and contractbased student and/or organization files.  \nThe status of the request can be reviewed within the Download Hub tab: Click on the row of your request and a pop-up should appear that will show the status of your request.  \nOnce the file is ready, select the Download button to download and view the file.  \nOnly Trusted Agents and Detailed Viewers can access supplemental files.
