It is estimated that vaccines prevent up to 3 million deaths worldwide each year.1 On the other hand, physicians may have hesitation about vaccinating children with chronic diseases.2,3 It is known that chronic diseases may increase the risk of infection or predispose to infection, or that serious complications may occur during infection. Health professionals need to make vaccination programs for special cases. Literature and some health authorities have recommendations for vaccination programs in special conditions.4,5 To meet the needs of professionals especially caring for children with special conditions, we recently launched a freely accessible online resource on the Turkish Social Pediatric Association’s website called Childhood Immunization (in Turkish) .  \nThe development of this website began with an initial survey designed to assess the immunization-related practices of pediatricians who are members of the Social Pediatrics Association (n = 75) . Subsequently, a 2-round Delphi process was conducted to further evaluate expert opinions (n = 35) . During the Delphi rounds, participants were asked to complete a 7-point Likert scale questionnaire to assess their knowledge, attitudes, and experiences regarding vaccination practices in special conditions, including specific diseases and medication use. Responses ranged from “1 = Strongly disagree” to “7 = Strongly agree.” To determine consensus, the interquartile range (IQR)—from the first quartile (Q1) to the third quartile (Q3)—was calculated. An IQR value less than 1.2 was considered indicative of consensus on a given item. For items lacking consensus, expert opinions were developed through roundtable discussions based on a review of the relevant literature. The participation rates were 93.3% and 85.7% for the first and second rounds, respectively.
