I have reviewed, understand and agree as follows:  \n􀀵 I will not have any of the following types of items with me in the room in which I take the Online Proctored GED® test: calculator (including the handheld TI-30XS Multiview Scientific Calculator that is allowed in a physical test center) , cellular phones, hand-held computers/personal digital assistants (PDAs) or other electronic devices , pagers, watches, wallets, purses, hats (and other head coverings), bags , coats, books, scratch paper, erasable whiteboards, or any other physical writing object such as a pen, marker or pencil.  \n􀀵 I am taking the GED® test for the purpose of obtaining my high school equivalency diploma or as authorized by the state or jurisdiction.  \n􀀵 I am in compliance with the eligibility rules of GED Testing Service and my state or jurisdiction.  \n􀀵 I will sit at my workstation until the test is complete.  \n􀀵 I understand that the only beverage allowed is a clear glass of water.  \n􀀵 I understand that eating, smoking, and chewing gum are prohibited.  \n􀀵 I understand and will comply with the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement which I agreed to when creating my registration [my GED.com](my GED.com) . (see the NDA below for reference  \n􀀵 The Proctors will monitor me continuously while I take the test. The session may be videotaped or otherwise recorded.  \n􀀵 If I experience problems that affect my ability to take the test , I will notify the Proctors immediately by sending a message to the Proctor in the chat function , and I will not talk in the testing room. If I have other questions or concerns, I will raise my hand and the Proctors will assist me as long as other candidates are not disturbed. The Proctors cannot answer questions related to test content. If I have questions of this nature, I will contact GED Testing Service after I leave the testing center.  \n􀀵 I understand that there is no scheduled break after each test when I am scheduled to take more than one test during a test appointment. I understand that GED Testing Service does not allow unscheduled breaks , for any reason. If I take an unscheduled break, I understand and agree that my test session will end and I will not be allowed back into the testing s e s s i o n , my test score will be invalidated, and I will forfeit my test fee.  \n􀀵 I will not remove any test questions or answers from the online proctored test , and I will not share or discuss the questions or answers seen on my test with others.  \n􀀵 After the test ends , the Proctors will and ensure my test has ended properly.  \nMy Privacy: Your test results will be transmitted to Pearson VUE and to GED Testing Service.
