Though final numbers are not yet set in stone, she added that the September event is currently slated to feature hundreds of riders on dozens of teams.  \nCurrently, there are about 25 men’s teams, 10 women’s teams and 10 junior teams.  \n“As far as the format of the races is concerned, it should be similar to years past,” Berry said.“If you’ve been before, this will be very familiar.”  \nWidely considered America’s first extreme sport, Indian relay racing is deeply rooted in tribal traditions spanning generations.
