..................................................................................................... 17  \nOverview  \nThe purpose of this user guide is to help familiarise centre admin users with Observed Record and Review , and provide guidance for learners taking tests via this method.  \nIt is important to note that this document should be used in conjunction with the NOCNInvigilator Handbook and the NOCN Examination and Invigilation Policy and Procedure.  \nObserve, Record and Review is a formal invigilation method and examination conditions must be adhered to at all times. This also includes the use of trained invigilators who are aware of both NOCN invigilation and assessment requirements and the specific requirements of Observe Record and Review.  \nNOCN uses the video conferencing tool, Jitsi, to connect learners and their invigilator. Up to 20 learners can be invigilated at any one time via Jitsi and the invigilator can see the learners as they sit their exam and the system allows the learners to access the dedicated assessment platform for online exams whilst being invigilated. A Jitsi user guide is available which outlines how to use this platform.  \nPrior to any tests, all learners must be sent the link for the Jitsi meeting and the online assessment platform and they should be made aware of the Observe, Record and Review process.  \nLogin  \n1. Enter in your Centre Admin ‘Login’ and ‘Password’ provided by NOCN  \n2. Click ‘Login’ button  \nAssessment Summary  \nThe Assessment Summary is visible on the home page of the Assessment Platform for staff members who have been granted centre admin privileges.
