Evaluation of your performance will be based on tests covering all phases of course content, evaluation of clinical performance, and evaluation of adjustment to the responsibilities of nursing.  \nUpon successful completion of this program and competency evaluation, graduates are eligible to take the state exam and apply for listing as a Nurse Aide I in the state of North Carolina with the Division of Facility Services.
