Eligible foreign missions were previously informed that OFM would administer driver’s license written examinations through Proctor360 . This notice supersedes the notices issuedon September 22, 2023, and February 9, 2024.  \nMissions are reminded that mission members and their dependents must pass a virtual written exam via Proctor360 to obtain a Departmentissued driver’s license. The exam is based on the written test for the state of Virginia and consists of two parts:  \n1. Traffic Signs – requires a 100 percent score to pass.  \n2. General Knowledge – requires a minimum score of 80 percent to pass.  \nThe Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) provides a study guide to assist foreign mission members in preparing for the test. Additionally, Proctor360 offers the written exam in six languages: English, Arabic, Thai, Vietnamese, French, and Spanish. Exams may be scheduled at [https://proctor360.com/organization/ofm](https://proctor360.com/organization/ofm).  \nThe following updates to virtual driver’s license exams via Proctor360 are effective immediately:  \n1. No-Show Exam Fee  \no Mission members and dependents who schedule a written exam but fail to attend will be assessed a $23 no-show fee.  \no Payment must be made directly to Proctor360 via PayPal, using either a credit card or PayPal balance.  \no Applicants with unpaid no-show fees will be unable to schedule subsequent exams until the fee is paid.  \n2. Exam Scheduling  \no Applicants may schedule only one exam at a time.  \no Exams can now be rescheduled through an automated system, eliminating the need to email Proctor360 support for cancellations or rescheduling.  \n3.
