North-West College in West Covina opened its doors on October 10, 1966 to 43 students in two classes, and then added the Pomona campus in 1971. In 1980, the Pasadena Campus (now Van Nuys) began serving the West San Gabriel Valley and in 1982 the Glendale Campus was added. In 2004 , North-West College launched the Riverside Campus , offering new programs not previously available. On April 15, 2008 the College acquired Glendale Career College, located in Glendale, California, and Nevada Career Institute in Las Vegas, Nevada. In January 2014, the College launched the Santa Ana (now Anaheim) and Long Beach campuses. The wide range of locations provides access to many students wishing to attend this well-established educational institution. To date, the College boasts more than 45,000 graduates, many of whom have used this career training to support themselves and their families for many years.
