If you fail the examination, you must resubmit your standard application to the Board.  \nSchedule for your examination:  \n􀂃 Upon approval from the Board, you are responsible for contacting PSI to pay and schedule for the examination. You may either schedule via the Internet [at www.psiexams.com](at www.psiexams.com), or schedule over the telephone at (800) 733-9267.  \nTake your examination:  \n􀂃 Must bring two forms of identification, which bear your signature.
