They supported the One WBG approach combining IDA sovereign lending with IFC risksharing and MIGA guarantees to unlock private investment where feasible. They emphasized continued efforts in fostering regional programs based on the lessons learned.  \nDirectors stressed the acute and compounding vulnerability of the PIC9 to natural disasters, climate events, commodity price volatility, and financial system disruptions and high debt distress. They welcomed the WBG Crisis Preparedness and Response Toolkit as a structural feature of the RPF and welcomed its emphasis on resilience in the framework and program.
