Survey research collected data from 424 employees across four local governments using Likert-scale questionnaires. Structural equation modeling with partial least squares tested validity, reliability, and hypotheses. Employee skills, leadership, regulation, infrastructure, ICT, transparency, and accountability showed positive and significant effects, while budgeting and bureaucratic structure did not, with strong overall explanatory power (R-square = 0.834).","cbCailNDzxHMmrI2","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCailNDzxHMmrI2","pdf",6342192,1,13,"English","# Introduction\n## Digital government services and international trends\n## Theoretical foundations and research gaps","[{\"question\":\"What theories does the study integrate to explain digital government service implementation in Indonesia?\",\"answer\":\"The study integrates public organization, transparency, and accountability theories to frame a holistic understanding of digital government service implementation.\"},{\"question\":\"How was the data collected and analyzed?\",\"answer\":\"The study used a survey with 424 employee respondents from four local governments, employing Likert-scale questionnaires.
