Page 1  \n1.0 SUMMARY OF WORK  \n1.1  Work of this Contract comprises general construction of Phase 2 of interior alterations, located on the main floor of the New Westminster Police Services Building. The work includes renovations to the Patrol Office and adjacent areas as described in the contract documents.  \n1.2 The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, products, equipment, services, and incidentals required to complete the Contract Work as indicated in the Contract Documents and amendments.  \n1.2 Work of this Contract comprises general construction of Phase 2 of interior alterations, located on the main floor of the New Westminster Police Services Building. The work includes demolition of existing conditions and construction of a new meeting room and 2 new interview rooms adjacent to the main lobby; and construction of a glazed storefront partition between the Patrol office and main stairwell, and related work.  \n2.0 COORDINATION  \n2.1 The Contractor shall coordinate and direct the execution of the work including directing the subcontractors.  \n3.0 CUTTING AND PATCHING  \n3.1 As it is necessary to carry out the Contract Work, areas of cutting, removal, or opening up of exiting floors, walls, ceilings, or other existing site or building areas shall be fully restored to match the previously existing conditions or adjacent existing conditions in construction and finish.
