New Bridge reserves the right to amend this handbook without prior notice.  \nHistory  \nAfter a three-year feasibility study to assess Cleveland’s workforce development and youth leadership needs, The Cleveland Foundation, Cleveland Clinic, Key Bank, Kelvin & Eleanor Smith Foundation, and University Hospitals launched New Bridge in 2010 to serve as a community-based education and training facility that would be positioned to addresses the needs of both youth and adults who live in some of Cleveland’s most under-served and under-resourced neighborhoods.  \nNew Bridge is an independent, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that is a local affiliate of the Manchester Bidwell Corporation, Pittsburgh's internationally renowned center for arts and technology, which itself boasts a 50-year track record of transforming the lives of both youth and adults.
