This course includes: 1) online pretest;  \n2) online review sessions with quizzes; and, 3) mandatory attendance at the live course review course and simulated NAPLEX exam scheduled for Monday, May 12, 2014 thru Friday, May 17, 2014 on the Portland Campus.  \nThe 2014 RxPrep Course Book is now available for you to pick-up in the Office of Experiential Education.  \n1) Online Pretest  \nStudents will be required to take a pretest on Friday, January 24, 2014 from 2:00-4:30 PM EST. Your preceptors will be notified of this requirement. The pretest requires online access and an individual computer terminal for the full two hours which may require you to leave your APPE site (you will be excused from your site at 1 pm if you need to travel to a different location to complete the exam) . Results of the pretest will provide a baseline assessment of your current knowledge.  \n2) Online Review Sessions and Quizzes  \nStudents will be required to read 25 chapters (covering 25 content areas) in the RxPrep Course Book (we encourage reviewing all chapters) . After each required chapter, the student will be required to take an online quiz with a minimum score of 90% . The required topic areas are listed below. Also provided is a suggested preparation calendar to guide you; however, the chapters may be completed in any order. The online quiz scores will be reported to the Office of Experiential Education to help monitor student success. Students may take each quiz as many times as necessary to achieve the passing score. All quizzes must be completed by Friday, May 9, 2014.  \n3) Live Review Course & Simulated NAPLEX Exam  \nThe live on-campus review sessions will take place May 12-16, 2014 from approximately from 8:30 am-5 pm daily. Three days are dedicated to NAPLEX review and one day is dedicated to law review. A NAPLEX simulation exam will be given on Friday, May 17, 2014 from 9 am-1 pm.
