With their Learning Support Mentor, they learn practical ways to manage emotions, work towards their goals and develop a positive mindset that supports personal growth.  \nLife and Independent Skills  \nMY Future equips young people with real-world skills that prepare them for adulthood. Sessions may include budgeting and money management, cooking and nutrition, health and hygiene, tenancy skills, travel training and daily routines, all delivered through practical, engaging experiences that build confidence and independence.  \nCommunication, Relationships and Social Skills  \nWe place a strong emphasis on communication and social connection.
