They noted its alignment with Morocco's New Development Model as a strong foundation for long-term partnership and reform continuity.  \nDirectors welcomed the CPF's central focus on job creation, productivity, and its emphasis on the private sector led development being critical for sustainable and inclusive employment growth. They appreciated the One WBG approach to maximize the development impact and underscored that unlocking the potential of Moroccan firms will be essential to generating the quality jobs needed to absorb a young and growing labor force.
