Anchored in Jobs: The Path to Prosperity, the CPF focuses on strengthening the foundations for job creation by improving human capital, expanding productive and resilient infrastructure, strengthening firm competitiveness through better governance and pro-competition regulations, and mobilizing private capital to scale investment and job creation. These priorities are operationalized through three mutually reinforcing CPF outcomes: improving firm productivity and competitiveness;strengthening connectivity and resilience in lagging regions and secondary cities; and enhancing skills, health, and labor market participation; particularly for women and youth.
