In essence, humans are always learning, both for their physical and cognitive development. National character and moral education must be realized in comprehensive national activities to build internal development, national morals as a real manifestation of the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation. Character formation is generally influenced by the environment or things close to a person. Things that are close to someone are certainly not only in the form of education from humans, they can also come from activities or hobbies. The Walt Disney Company is one of the pioneers in the world of animated cinema. One of the films is entitled\"Frozen 2\". “Frozen 2” tells the story of two brothers and their friends in search of the truth about a village. The purpose of this study is to analyze the values of character education and moral values contained in the film \"Frozen 2\". This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Techniques by analyzing, collecting data, describing, and describing an event to be informed to the public. In a film there must be a moral message and character formation, the moral message obtained in the film \"Frozen 2\" is never giving up, persistence, courage, honesty, cooperation, gratitude in all conditions, and friendship and in this film, we can imitate the character of the players in life.  \nKeywords: Animation; Education; Moral; Film.  \nINTRODUCTION  \nThroughout history, education has had two goals, namely to help humans become smart and smart people, and to help humans become good people, but making good and wise people seems very difficult (Kaplan A, Haenlein M, 2019) . Thus, it is natural that moral problems are problems that can occur anywhere and anytime. Education is a bridge between knowledge and human ignorance, where education should be obtained by every human being as early as possible. In essence, humans are always learning for both physical and cognitive development. Human cognition is closely related to learning in school or formal education and human intelligence, while physical is closely related to the learning growth and development of a child. For example, a child who has entered the age of more than 1 year, will begin to learn to walk after going through phases such as crawling and sitting. A person receives information and manages it as an example of learning that is useful for both formal and informal environments. In addition to cognitive and physical development, a person must also receive moral education related to character building (Winnick JP and Porretta DL, 2016) .  \nNational character and moral education must be realized in comprehensive national activities to build the nation's internal, moral development as a real manifestation of the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation (Fauzi R and Kumalasari D. 2020) . The personality and moral education of students must be carried out with a systematic,  \ncomprehensive, and sustainable approach. The formation of one's character has the aim of building self-integrity, responsibility, and discipline in practitioners of everyday life. Character education in a child who has not yet reached the age of adolescence or puberty: 60% will be influenced by the home environment, especially by the role of parents and things close to them; and the other 40% is found in other environments such as schools.
