Serious hobbyists are welcome, too. Students in the Career and Continuing Education Program learn by doing. Classes are held in the Monmouth County Vocational School District’s fully equipped shops and classrooms using modern tools, equipment and techniques. Shop work is supplemented by the instruction in theory and principles of the trade. Instructors are teachers in the Monmouth County Vocational School District Day Program and other highly skilled, experienced tradespeople.
