Make sure all the plastic packing material is removed before assembling  \nFind a large, clean area to assemble your griddle. Please refer to the parts list and assembly diagrams as necessary.  \nGriddle assembly involves large components; therefore, it is advised to have two people assemble the unit.  \nSTEP 0 1  \nRemove the griddle body from the packaging and lay it upside down on a smooth, flat surface with the help of another person.  \nUnfold the legs and install the two (2) wheels to the assembly wtih two (2) small thumb screws.  \nTOOLS NEEDED: Phillips Head Screwdriver & Adjustable Wrench  \nSTEP 02  \nAttach the bottom tray on the left with one (1) large thumbscrew. Secure the tray and lower tank holder on the right with one (1) meduim thumbscrew.  \nSTEP 0 3  \nWith the help of another person, place the griddle on its wheels. Install the griddle handle to the left side of the griddle body with four (4) M6X12 bolts from the outside of the body.  \n!
