Advance notice of this regular meeting was transmitted to the Oklahoma Secretary of State on December 3, 2025, and posted on the Board's website on April 29, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. pursuant to 25 O.S. § 311(A)(9) .  \nMembers in attendance:  \nTim Passmore, Ed.D., TRS, Chair  \nMichelle Higgins, TRS  \nRenee Maynard, TRS  \nMembers absent:  \nAngela Roberts, TRS (and PJ, Therapy Dog)  \nLay Member – Vacant  \nOthers in attendance:  \nSandra Harrison, JD, Executive Director  \nRenee Banks, JD, Deputy Director  \nBarbara J. Smith, Executive Secretary  \nLisa Cullen, External Licensing Director  \nMady Martin, AAG, Legal Advisor  \nHaving noted a quorum, Committee Chair, Mr. Passmore, called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. Barbara Smith called roll to establish quorum for purposes of the record.  \nMs. Harrison introduced Renee Banks who is the agency’s new deputy director as of May 1, 2026. She provided a brief legislative update and advised that there is proposed language pertaining to the issuance of temporary letters to practice to TRS applicants. Additionally, the database modernization is on track, on budget, and is expected to be fully operational by June 15th.  \nThe Committee reviewed the meeting minutes of February 12, 2026. Following review, Ms. Maynard moved to approve the minutes as written.
