The Executive Directors approved on February 16, 2021 a development policy credit in the amount of EUR 253.2 million (equivalent to US$300.0 million) to the Republic ofCôted’Ivoire for the COVID-19 Emergency Response and Recovery Development Policy Financing (DPF) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2021-0012, dated January 25, 2021) .  \nJamaica – Additional Loan-Foundations for Competitiveness and Growth ProjectAdditional Financing  \n2. The Executive Directors approved on February 16, 2021 the additional loan in the amount of US$10 million for the Foundations for Competitiveness and Growth Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2021-0007, dated January 27, 2021) .  \nAfghanistan– Grant-Early Warning, Early Finance and Early Action Project  \n3. The Executive Directors approved on February 16, 2021 a grant in the amount of Special Drawing Rights (SDR 68.2 million) (US$85 million equivalent national PBA, $12.5 million equivalent CRW ) for the Early Warning, Early Finance and Early Action Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2021-0015, dated January 27 , 2021) .  \nAngola – Loan-Electricity Sector Improvement and Access Project  \n4. The Executive Directors approved on February 18 , 2021 a loan in the amount of US$250 million equivalent for the Electricity Sector Improvement and Access Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2021-0006, dated January 29, 2021) .  \nMadagascar-Additional Grant-COVID-19 Response of the Madagascar Social Safety Net Project  \n5. The Executive Directors approved on February 19 , 2021 the additional grant to the Republic of Madagascar in the amount ofSDR 104.2 million (US$150 million equivalent) for a third Additional Financing (AF3) for COVID-19 Response of the Madagascar Social Safety Net Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2021-0017, dated February 1, 2021) .
