The Board of Directors considered the report entitled Philippines-Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) CAO Investigation Report” and “IFC Management Report and Management Action Plan in Response to CAO Investigation Report” and approved the Management Action Plan contained in Annex A of the Report. CAO’s investigation report, the Management Report, and the Management Action Plan will be published on CAO’s website. In addition, it was agreed that Management will return to the Board for a meeting within 9 months to provide an update on progress and, if needed, propose adjustments to the Management Action Plan.  \nAdjournment  \n3.
