PROPOSAL of Clr.Canning SECONDED by Cllr.Regan the minutes of theMonthly Plenary Meeting held on 20th October 2025 were AGREED.  \nThe meeting was adjourned for 5 minutes as a mark of respect to Cllr.Ivan Canningon the recent loss of his father Seán RIP.  \nThe Elected Members offered their sympathies to Cllr.Ivan Canning on the loss ofhis father RIP.Also,sympathies were also expressed to were responded to as follows by Mr.Hanrahan:  \n·Confirmed that a new system for dealing with Elected Members queries hasbeen implemented and he committed to investigate further.  \nMembers Queries were responded to as follows by Mr.Mitchell:  \n·He has not received written confirmation on changes to the AffordableHousing Scheme,however he was informed of the change at a GalwayHousing Task Force verification process to log onto the Councils ITnetwork is necessary to protect the Council systems.The Innovation Teamare looking at implementing a Share Point system as used by other
